A responsive product page to showcase 33’s new inclusive comms audit product page, Unlocked
Following the success of my university project regarding inclusive job-seeking experiences, Thirty Three recognised the potential to productise the research. The Diversity & Inclusion team developed an inclusive communications audit based on my research findings, which now serves as a cornerstone for evaluating and enhancing all aspects of communications. This audit utilises results from the thematic analysis framework in my research project to rate and assess communications, ensuring they are inclusive and effective.
Thirty Three needed a product page to promote their new inclusive comms audit, Unlocked. The page needed to showcase the product as well as price, how it works, why it’s important and why it might benefit our clients using compelling and engaging design.

To launch the product, I designed a dedicated product page that fits the Thirty Three brand while effectively showcasing the audit's capabilities. The results were impressive: within the first two months of going live, the page achieved a 10% click-through rate on the 'Book a Demo' button, leading to two new clients. This initiative not only demonstrates the power of user experience design in creating accessible and appealing products but also highlights the positive impact of incorporating inclusive design principles in real-world applications.
